Shipping policy

Gleam & Co is proudly an Australian-based company. We currently only ship within Australia.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays are processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched with the tracking code.

Shipping Within Australia

  • Delivery options:
    • Standard: approx. 3–7 business days
    • Express: approx. 1–3 business days
  • Rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply during promotions or above a spend threshold.
  • Timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier backlogs, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

  • All parcels include tracking. Tracking details are provided upon dispatch.

Delivery Issues

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at {{ shop.email }} with your order number.
  • Risk in the goods passes on delivery to the address provided. We will assist you in lodging carrier investigations for lost, delayed, or damaged parcels.
  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided by the customer, additional re-delivery fees may apply and {{ shop.name }} is not liable for replacement or refund due to misdelivery.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

  • If you select or request ATL, parcels may be left unattended at your address. {{ shop.name }} is not responsible for loss or damage after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL): You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

  • If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or significantly different from its description, contact us within a reasonable time for a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the ACL.
  • Change of mind: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with tags/packaging. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
  • Hygiene & custom pieces: For hygiene/customisation reasons, earrings, custom, made-to-order, and engraved items are not returnable unless faulty.
  • {{ shop.name }} covers return shipping for approved faulty claims.

Delivery Timeframes & Pre-Orders

  • Quoted timeframes exclude order processing times.
  • Pre-order items display an estimated dispatch window on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together unless you opt for split shipments at checkout (additional fees may apply).

Packaging & Insurance

  • All items are packed securely; higher-value items may require a signature on delivery.
