Refund policy

1. Overview
At Gleam & Co, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, this policy explains your rights and options. This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
2. Change of Mind Returns
- We accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with tags and packaging intact.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Once inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding any shipping costs paid on the original order).
3. Exclusions
- Customised, made-to-order, and engraved items cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the ACL.
- Please contact us within a reasonable time of receiving your item.

- Refunds for faulty items will be processed to your original payment method once the return is received and assessed.
5. How to Lodge a Return
- Email us at {{ shop.email }} with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back in secure packaging. For faulty items, we will provide a prepaid return label.
- Once inspected, we will notify you of the outcome and process your refund, replacement, or repair.
6. Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to release the funds.
